Jamie Richardson is the President of WR Engineering, LLC.  In addition Ms. Richardson is the manager of the Water Resources and Environmental Divisions.  Primary responsibilities include general management of all civil engineering activities, along with completion of studies, reports, project design and preparation of project plans and specifications.
